Fozaza Disclaimer: At Fozaza, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. In the event you wish to return an item, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling attached within 7 days (UAE), 14 days (international) of receiving the goods. Customers may return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of items designated as on SALE, fine jewelry, lingerie, sunglasses, swimwear, and custom-made items (such as personalized merchandise) , which may not be returned of exchanged. Any returned item must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in its original packaging, if applicable. Fozaza reserves rights to refuse a return or exchange for any items sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which Fozaza can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange. ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED BY QUALITY CONTROL PRIOR TO SHIPMENT TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE ONLY THE BEST QUALITY PRODUCTS IN ITS BEST FORM. As such, we cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive a FULL product price refund or proceed with an exchange. Exchanges may only be made for the same item of a different size or color, subject to availability. Refunds will be issued on the items purchase cost for the order. The purchase cost is defined as the total value of the order less any taxes, duties & shipping. PLEASE NOTE: we do not refund shipping and handling charges. We also ask that all international customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email us at inquiries @fozaza.com when you receive your package and we will send you instruction on how to return your items. Please include the original receipt and return exchange form that arrived with your order along side the returned package as we do not accept returns without them.

Local (Dubai) Return/Exchanges:

Local (Dubai) Credit/Debit Card Returns: If you paid using your credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to your card within 30 days in the amount of the returned items, minus the shipping fee. You will have paid for shipping when you made your order, but you will not have to pay again for the items to be picked-up and returned. FITE provides a pick-up service free of charge in Kuwait only.

Local (Dubai) ‘Cash on Delivery’ Returns: If you paid ‘cash on Delivery’ when the items were delivered to you, your refund will be issued in cash by FEDEX upon pick up of the items, minus the shipping fee. You will have paid for shipping when your order was delivered, but you will not have to pay again for the items to be picked up and returned. Fozaza International Trade Est. provides this service free of charge in Dubai only.

Exchanges: Fozaza provides pick-up and delivery of exchanged items of charge in Dubai only. Any additional exchange will incur pick-up and delivery costs.

DOUBLE CLICK ERRORS

If you accidentally double click “purchase” on the website and are charged twice for the same item, please kindly inform the administration and accounts team on inquiries@fozaza.com immediately or upon receiving your credit card statement and inform us of this error. We will double check this with the accounts department and upon confirmation of your purchase order with our transaction records, we will happily refund the second order as early as possible to ensure your financial satisfaction. If the accounts department and Mashreq Bank discover that your complaint does not match the transaction history of the company, a Registered Receipt and Receipt transaction number will be shared with you and verified by the legal department to ease your concern. Any falsified complaints will be treated as fraudulent and tolerated with as per the implemented laws of the UAE. There is a no tolerance policy for such activity and you further transactions with FITE will be halted permanently with full legal action.

DELIVERY

All purchases may be picked up at the Fozaza International Trade Establishment office in Deira, Dubai, UAE, the location may be attained in the Contact Us link of the website. Customers wishing to have their items shipped will receive the delivery by means of FedEx ™. Orders may be made at any time on the website, and all purchases will be reviewed within 24 hours of the purchase, and within 48 hours will be processed for FedEx ™ to make the shipment to you; this applies to all business working days EXCEPT FRIDAYS. Customers are asked to be patient in considering expected delays during public holidays and purchases made on Fridays, which will not be processed until Saturday; and Friday purchases will be treated as Saturday purchases as FedEx™ does not process deliveries on Fridays. Tracking numbers, delays in delivery and delivery concerns will be handled directly by FedEx ™ and Fozaza International Trade Est will not be held responsible for delivery complications once it has been handed over to FedEx™. Customers should be rest assured that their products can be tracked and the delivery process will undergo a sequence of routine check points as per the high quality and standards of FedEx™ deliveries. Should the customer have any further queries, please email the administration team at inquiries@fozaza.com and a member of the team will be obliged to expedite the resolution to the situation.
